Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order or service request under the following conditions:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Services scheduled within 48 hours of booking are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Partial refunds may be granted for cancellations made after 24 hours, at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
In certain circumstances, exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy may be made, such as:
- Technical issues or errors on our part.
- Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Service unavailability due to provider issues.
